If you’re unsure where to start with your health journey, this consultation offers clear, informed guidance. With over 15 years’ experience in health and wellness and 5 years running a multidisciplinary health centre, I bring a practical, whole-person approach to complex or unclear health concerns. I’ve worked closely with a wide range of practitioners—from chiropractors to chiropodists to mental health specialists to breathworkers, as well as complementary systems such as Ayurveda—giving me a broad understanding of how different therapies fit together. I can help identify the most appropriate next steps, sign post to relevant organisations and support, organise relevant testing, and draw on my extensive professional network to create a focused, personalised plan that supports both physical and mental wellbeing.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please notify us with at least 24 hrs notice otherwise the full amount will still be charged. Contact me on WhatsApp or text to do so : 07497161608. Email or voicemail is not accepted as a means of cancellation or rescheduling as I'm too busy to check them within every 24hrs. Timing may be subject to change, for efficient scheduling (eg. if a 15 min B12 is booked in the middle of a 90 that could have a massage scheduled either side) Address is only shared upon booking completion, please text Jojo if you do not receive this.
