I'd love to see you in clinic and hope you can make your appointment but I understand that sometimes, things happen.
I'm a small business and self employed and late cancellations/ reschedules or 'no shows' directly affect me, therefore I ask for 24 hrs notice if you can no longer make your appointment. I appreciate each situation is unique. I am not on a salary, so no shows are a direct loss to me and I often have a waitlist of people I could replace the slot to with reasonable notice.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 24hours before treatment: no charge is made.

Within 24hours or no show appointments: charge is full treatment price. No shows may be refused in future. I am usually fully booked, so if you give me notice I can usually replace you or advertise your spot. If I can replace you on the day I will to help you avoid the fee but cannot guarantee it.

Text and email reminders are a bonus I pay for to help you, but cannot be relied upon or used as a reason for a no show to avoid cancellation fee.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment I may not be able to perform the treatment and you will not be entitled to any refund.

Any disrespectful behaviour or language towards me or my business will result in you being asked to leave immediately and you will not be entitled to any refund.
