I'd love to see you in clinic and hope you can make your appointment but I understand that sometimes, things happen.

I'm a small business and self employed and late cancellations/ reschedules or 'no shows' directly affect me, therefore I ask for 24 hrs notice if you can no longer make your appointment. I appreciate each situation is unique. I am not on a salary, so no shows are a direct loss to me and I often have a waitlist of people I could replace the slot to with reasonable notice.

  • If you cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 24hours before treatment: no charge is made.

  • Within 24hours or no show appointments: charge is full treatment price. No shows may be refused in future. I am usually fully booked, so if you give me notice I can usually replace you or advertise your spot. If I can replace you on the day I will to help you avoid the fee but cannot guarantee it.

  • Text and email reminders are a bonus I pay for to help you, but cannot be relied upon or used as a reason for a no show to avoid cancellation fee.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment I may not be able to perform the treatment and you will not be entitled to any refund.

  • Any disrespectful behaviour or language towards me or my business will result in you being asked to leave immediately and you will not be entitled to any refund.
