I'd love to see you in clinic and hope you can make your appointment but I understand that sometimes, things happen.

I'm a small business / self employed and late cancellations/ reschedules or 'no shows' affect me, therefore I ask for notice if you can no longer make your appointment. I appreciate each situation is unique.

• If you cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 48 hours before treatment: no charge is made.

• Within 48 hours or no show appointments: charge is full treatment price. No shows may be refused in future.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment I may not be able to perform the treatment and you will not be entitled to any refund.

• Any disrespectful behaviour or language towards me or my business will result in you being asked to leave immediately and you will not be entitled to any refund.
